I am a firm believer that the only thing that separates a counselor/therapist from the client is a current need. With this belief, I strive to help clients through current life struggles in a non-judgmental environment.

As a professional counselor and social worker, my comprehensive approach to therapy enables clients to identify and change the patterns that often create barriers to emotional, social, educational, and occupational growth.
Our practice utilizes a strength-based, behavioral therapy approach to counseling and emotional healing. I specialize in working with a variety of clients. I have extensive training and experience in working with adults and adolescents with co-occurring, trauma and stress-related concerns, youth and adults in crisis, and mood disorders.

I'm a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) committed to helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Through intensive therapy (applied behavior analysis), I am committed to helping these individuals reduce challenging behaviors and use functional communication methods to get their wants and needs met. As well, develop skills in all areas of functioning including social, adaptive, and communication skills. I believe in ensuring all caregivers in a client’s team are on board with the same protocols to ensure generalization of skills across environments and caregivers.

I'm passionate about being an outlet for parents with children with autism and helping to strategize ideas and ways they can help their children at home when therapists are not present.
