As a professional counselor and social worker, my comprehensive approach to therapy enables clients to identify and change the patterns that often create barriers to emotional, social, educational, and occupational growth.
Our practice utilizes a strength-based, behavioral therapy approach to counseling and emotional healing. I specialize in working with a variety of clients. I have extensive training and experience in working with adults and adolescents with co-occurring, trauma and stress-related concerns, youth and adults in crisis, and mood disorders.
